First Real Properties Limited has purchased and distributed Poinsettia’s to the office tenants within the Toronto portfolio for the holiday season each year.
With the challenging year everyone has faced due to the COVID-19 pandemic, in lieu of purchasing the Poinsettia’s this year, First Real Properties decided to donate the funds (on behalf of the Tenants) to a local charity, the Daily Food Bank.
We had a representative from our office visit the Daily Food Bank to personally deliver the cheque. It was an incredible experience to understand first hand and appreciate how much the donation would help those in need.
