First Real Properties Limited, Second Real Properties Limited, and Fourth Real Properties Limited are joint-venture companies owned by Yale Properties Limited and Manulife Financial. The Real group of companies were formed between 1968-1981 to develop Lloyd D. Jackson Square in Hamilton, Ontario. Since that time, the companies have expanded into Calgary, Alberta and Toronto, Ontario.
